    We happily travel across the UK and Europe including France, Portugal, and Italy and even as far as Cape Town for destination weddings and large scale events.

    Please note that travel and accommodation costs may apply depending on location and distance.

  • Most couples reach out 6-12 months before their wedding or event. Our calendar is intentionally limited to ensure each couple receives a truly personalized and thoughtful experience, so we always recommend getting in touch as early as possible to secure your date.

  • Wedding floral investments with Forest and the Flowers typically begin at £2,500 for intimate celebrations.

    Most of our couples invest between £9,000–£15,000 for a full floral experience for a medium sized wedding. For large scale, high-end artistry or multi-day celebrations, including luxury and multicultural weddings we recommend an investment of £15,000–£25,000 to bring your full vision to life.

  • Yes, we do offer packages that include a selection of special inclusions and offers within each investment level. However, every event we create is entirely bespoke, sculptural, and intentional, designed from the ground up to reflect your unique vision.

    Our packages serve as a starting framework, giving you an idea of what to expect at each tier while still allowing space for complete creative expression. We believe that true floral artistry is never mass produced. It’s crafted for a moment, inspired by your personal style and shaped by the design of your day.

  • We begin with a consultation call to understand your vision and requirements. Following our conversation, you’ll receive a custom floral quote tailored to your event and needs.

    To secure your date, we require a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable booking fee. Once confirmed, we work closely with you (and/or your planner, if applicable) to refine every detail of your floral design journey ensuring a seamless and stress free experience from concept to creation.

  • The 50% booking fee secures your wedding date in our calendar and ensures our full creative attention is dedicated to your event. It covers the time, planning, and design development that go into crafting your bespoke floral concept.

    It also allows us to reserve premium blooms in advance, schedule our team, and begin shaping every detail of your floral story with care and intention.

  • Whenever possible, we source our blooms and botanical elements from local farms and growers. Seasonality, quality, and sustainability guide every selection ensuring each design feels authentic, fresh, and full of life.

    To achieve specific colour palettes or rare textures, we may also source imported blooms through our trusted network of wholesalers.

  • Our philosophy prioritizes sustainable, foam-free design techniques, using mechanics that honour both the art form and the natural world.

    In rare or complex cases, certain large-scale installations may require minimal use of floral foam to ensure structural integrity. When this is necessary, we remain transparent and always strive to minimize its use.

    Any foam we do use is reused two to three times before responsible disposal, and we continuously seek innovative, eco-conscious alternatives to support our commitment to sustainable design without compromising artistry or client vision.

  • In some cases, yes. We approach repurposing thoughtfully, ensuring the integrity, movement and intention of each floral installation is preserved. Not all designs are suitable to be moved, but where appropriate, we can recommend seamless transitions that maintain the original artistry.

    There is also the option for our team to stay on after your ceremony to carefully relocate and adjust your flowers for their new space. Please note that this service is subject to an additional fee.

  • Yes. We offer a curated selection of vessels, candleware, and floral structures for rental, each chosen to complement the colour palette and design language of your event.

    Depending on your package selection, these items may be included or available for a rental fee, which covers cleaning and sanitization after use. We are also happy to create vase-less arrangements where appropriate, offering a flexible approach to suit your vision.

  • Once your date is secured, you’ll receive ongoing support throughout the planning process. About 8–10 weeks before your event, we complete a final design confirmation and logistical walkthrough, ensuring every detail is perfectly aligned.

  • You don’t need to arrive with a complete vision. Our process is collaborative and layered, rooted in conversation, inspiration, and trust. We will guide you toward a design that feels artful, personal and entirely yours.
